Having Trouble Requesting Items Through Libby? Try these tips and tricks!

• Library Card: Make sure your BPL library card has not expired! We renew cards once a year and it is a simple process that can be done via phone call. Libby will not tell you this is the issue, but if they give an error this may be the reason.  Please call BPL at (231) 882-4111 to verify your card is up to date!
• Password: If you have not set up a password, your password is your FULL phone number with the hyphens (dashes) included.  If you would like to set up an easier password, you can do that from within your Libby Account!
