This initiative is via the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and GetSetup-Michigan to offer Michigan’s older adults free, live interactive online classes.
The classes focus on supporting the use of digital devices such as computers, smartphone, tablets as well as other services such as Zoom, social media, and more. |

There are more than 150 online classes for older adults and a coupon code of MICHIGANHEALTH listed on the site to use to waive any fees associated with the classes. What a great way to help raise skills and knowledge around technology use as well as help create social connections. Some examples of what learners can take part in are below but there are many more topics and classes available:
